It’s the morning of the wedding. Denise, a nursery practitioner, is about to marry Spencer, a retired drag queen — except Spencer has vanished, leaving nothing behind but a small address book.
Kristen, the best woman, has until the ceremony to work her way through every contact in it, meeting each dubious drag acquaintance from Spencer’s dodgy past along the way. An original chamber musical about the people we were before the people we love met us.
The production opened at the Chapel Playhouse for a strictly limited engagement, to a four-star review and a warm audience reception.
